Unless a product is faulty or not as described, all sales are final. This includes clearance items and used electronic access devices.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any items are damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Returns
We comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA). If a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you may request a repair, replacement, or refund.
Change of Mind
We do not have to accept returns for change of mind, but we may do so at our discretion.
Shipping Costs
- If the item is faulty, we will cover return shipping.
- If returning for any other reason (where accepted), the customer must cover shipping costs.
